Shipping Policy

We’re focused on delivering your orders reliably and keeping you informed through every stage—this policy outlines our processes, timelines, and support to ensure clarity for all customers.

   1. Order Processing & Dispatch  
- All orders are verified, packed, and prepared for shipment within **2–5 business days** of placement. This includes confirming payment, checking stock availability, and ensuring items are securely packaged to avoid transit damage.  
- Once processed, orders are **dispatched within 1 week of your order date** (processing time + dispatch time combined). For special cases—like bulk orders (15+ items) or items requiring extra preparation (e.g., fragile goods)—dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days. We’ll email you in advance to confirm this adjusted timeline.  
- During peak periods (e.g., holiday sales, Black Friday, or new product launches), processing may be delayed by 1 day due to high order volume. You’ll receive a proactive email if your order is held up beyond the 1-week dispatch window.  


  2. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions  
- We offer standard shipping to **over 90 countries globally**. However, delivery to certain regions is limited, including:  
  - Remote areas (e.g., rural islands, isolated territories) with limited logistics infrastructure.  
  - Countries under import bans or strict trade regulations (e.g., due to local laws on specific goods like electronics or textiles).  
- Product-specific shipping restrictions apply to:  
  - Oversized/heavy items (e.g., large furniture, industrial parts): These require additional shipping fees (calculated at checkout) and may only be eligible for domestic or select international delivery.  
  - Restricted goods (e.g., flammable liquids, lithium batteries, perishables): These are only shipped domestically (where permitted) and require expedited service to ensure safety and freshness.  
- To confirm if your location or item is eligible, use the “Shipping Checker” tool on our homepage or contact us directly.  


   3. Delivery Timelines by Destination  
After dispatch, standard delivery times vary by location (excludes customs delays). Here’s our general guide:

*Important: International orders may face 3–8 days of customs clearance delays (managed by local authorities). We provide all required customs documents (e.g., commercial invoices) to speed up this process, but it remains outside our control.*

- Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a **unique tracking number** to your registered email. You can use this number to check real-time delivery status via two channels:  
  - Our website’s “Track Shipment” page (linked directly in the dispatch email).  
  - The logistics provider’s official platform (e.g., FedEx, USPS, DHL).  
- Tracking updates may take **2 business days** to appear—this is because logistics carriers need time to scan and sync shipment data. If no updates are visible after 3 days, reach out to us for help tracing your package.  


   5. Handling Shipping Issues  
For problems like missing packages, incorrect delivery addresses (changes only allowed before dispatch), or damaged items in transit:  
1. Gather your order number and tracking number (if available).

   - Photos of damaged items/packaging (for damage claims) to help us resolve the issue faster.

   - Arranging a free reshipment for lost or damaged items (if the issue is caused by our team or the carrier).  
   - Issuing a full refund if reshipment isn’t possible.  


   6. Shipping Fees & Promotions  
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and package dimensions—no hidden fees are added. The total shipping cost is displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.  
- We run occasional free standard shipping promotions (e.g., for orders over $80 USD). Check our homepage or promotional emails for current offers, which apply to eligible domestic and international orders.
